Al-Ghazal was founded in 1989 in the city of Tulkarm, on Nablus Street, as one of the pioneering establishments in developing, producing and marketing food products in Palestine. From day one we carried a clear idea: authentic homestyle food, delivered to people quickly and easily.

We specialized in healthy, cholesterol-free food products — especially salads of all kinds, hummus and dips. As we brought modern technology into production, we preserved the authentic flavor and added consistency and safety to it.
